Are you familiar with Puggles? Here is what CBS had to say about Puggles in their special on Designer Dogs. The puggle is a relatively new hybrid dog breed produced by mating a select female beagle to a select male pug, resulting in a very sweet-tempered, affectionate (but not yippy, hyper, or insecure) puppy that is very low-maintenance, family-friendly (great with children and other dogs), loose-skinned, wrinkly-faced and endearing in both personality and looks.
Well into their adult lives, puggles exemplify the best of what dogs are all about -- loyalty, companionship, and affection, resulting in a breed that is very eager to please its owner. It has been proven over time that puggle owners feel their puggles change their own family chemistry for the better, giving everyone a "lift" by their happy, can-do natures. Puggles are durable, hardy dogs that can easily take a bit of rough-housing (boys love them for this). Girls appreciate their affectionate, lap-loving qualities.
Typical of most hybrid breeds, Puggles display no congenital defects or particular health concerns.
We  agree and our first litter of Puggles was born September 14th, 2008. The Mom is my dog soul mate and constant companion, Opie. Opie is a small black pug who thinks that she must go everywhere with me. To the barn, to the store.. You see me, you see my pug.
The Dad is our Pocket Beagle sire, Harry. Harry is also Mr. Personality. Harry has been to Hong Kong and back. Yes, I said Hong Kong. My world traveled Pocket Beagle. Winning friends and influencing people through the World with the help of another one of beagles, Bella, a beautiful brown tri colored Pocket Beagle.
There are 6 pups in the litter. 3 are black Puggles and 3 are fawn colored. There is a black girl and a fawn girl. Three are going to be Pocket Puggles and should be less than 10 lbs when grown. Pictures of the puggle puppies at 5 weeks of age. The puppies will be 8 weeks on November 15th. We will hold for Christmas delivery.
Gracie is a little girl that should be less than 10 lbs when grown. She is 2.5 lbs at 6 weeks of age. She is cute beyond belief. She has worlds of personality. She is bravery and self confidence in the tiniest package. $950.00 Velvet is another little Pocket Puggle pup.. She has ticking on her legs and some on her chest that looks like black lace. She weighs 2.5 # at 6 weeks of age. Very cute puppy full of energy and full of herself. A delight! $950.00
