My husband and I are both lawyers in Houston and have found Lynda to go above and beyond to make this dog buying experience very professional.  Two quick things come to mind.  Lynda asked what we would be naming the dog so she could start to call the dog by her name which I thought showed that she really cared about her dogs and puppies. 

As an aside, we asked our 4 year old son what he would name a dog if we were to get one and he said without a moment's hesitation, "I would name her Freddie Rainbow and call her Rainbow".  To our delight, Lynda appreciated his enthusiasm and unique choice and has since been calling her Rainbow.  Secondly, Lynda has been extremely helpful in trying to arrange getting Rainbow to us.  She was willing to meet us in another part of Texas, closer to our home than her home in Arkansas, to drop Rainbow off; however, my parents offered to drive from Memphis to pick Rainbow up in Arkansas and deliver her to us closer to Christmas.

Lynda was agreeable and went so far as to ask for my parents to send a t-shirt to put in Rainbow's crate so she would be familiar with their scent when they arrived to pick her up.  Though I have not met Lynda in person, I feel I can speak of her professionalism and genuine concern for her dogs and those who want to purchase them.  I too was nervous at the prospect of not having met the person from whom we would be purchasing a dog but the experience has been an extremely positive one!        Cabrina Owsley

I was very impressed with the whole procedure about purchasing my "Angel" from Lynda! Newbie that I am, she answered my emails in a very timely fashion...had the patience to answer all of my MANY questions, and I have not been disappointed with my decision at all.

 

We have had Angel now for a month (tomorrow). We purchased her at an older age (she is 1 year old today) because we did not want a "new" puppy. Also, I love to work with training and rehabilitating dogs and when I realized that she had a shyness issue, of course I couldn't resist! She came to us very healthy and it didn't take long for her to warm up to me at all. She has warmed up to the family very nicely and will even investigate visitors now. She has the sweetest disposition...and I still have not heard her bark yet! I can't get enough of this little girl...when we go on a walk, she prances so prettily and so many people have stopped me to remark on how well behaved and sweet she is. I really love her size also (she is 11" and approx 12 lbs)...we cuddle up on the couch to either read a book or watch a movie in the evenings.

I can't say enough good things about Lynda...she still helps me and returns my emails promptly when I have questions. I am very happy to be one of her references!   Tamara Self
